FS PBX Client Area & CDRs

Use of the FS PBX server module provides the client to view CDRs and also download a CSV of the CDRs for a particular billing period. The FS PBX client panel uses the same layout as the FusionPBX panel — a searchable, sortable DataTables grid with billing-period selection. Our other server modules have more customized features such as VoIP Management, Fax Panel for listing faxes and attachment assigning emails and Send Fax, Voicemail Panel, Caller ID Blocking and more. FS PBX Client Area

Reaching the CDR View

Two entry points:

  • Client area home → click the FS PBX voice service → Call Records Dashboard button on the product page.

  • Client area home → VoIP Management card → Call Records (the card appears for clients with services in VoIP product groups).

Both open the service’s CDR view described below.

CDR View & Export

Within the client panel to view CDRs you would simply click on the client VoIP product either from the main client area or All Services then clicking within the product area. CDRs can be viewed by billing period and can provide a CSV export for the selected billing period. Search and sorting is available.
